• The item must be returned in original packaging with all included parts
• Proof of purchase or order number is required

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

4. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply depending on the condition of the returned item and shipping costs incurred.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
